(SPOT.ph) Shangri-La at the Fort's Raging Bull Burgers makes a case for giving burgers the A+ treatment, with topnotch beef and other ingredients making for flavorful bites that are juicy as can be. If there's anyone who knows a good thing or two about what makes a great sandwich, it's definitely them! If you're in Makati, we've got good news: they recently opened a new branch at Assembly Grounds at The Rise with exclusive menu items—among which is a breakfast burger of pork belly with the punchy flavors of adobo. Meet their drool-worthy new Adobro sandwich.
Check out the new Makati branch of Raging Bull Burgers and their exclusives:
Available from 7 to 11 a.m., the Adobro (P275) is a real breakfast of champs: In it are grilled adobo-marinated pork belly, guacamole for creaminess, baked beans, a fried egg (because breakfast), crispy chicken skin, and a savory adobo BBQ sauce in between toasted corn buns! Everything comes together for decadent and flavor-forward bites that totally screams, "treat yo' self." (We say you deserve it.)
Raging Bull Burgers' Makati branch has other breakfast burgers available from 7 to 11 a.m., too. The Wakin' Bacon (P150) goes for a relatively simple but reliable combo of bacon, aged cheddar, fried eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, and their BBQ sauce; the Rock the Morning (P225) pairs a punchy 1/3-pound chorizo patty with a fried egg, tangy atchara, lettuce, tomatoes, and BBQ sauce. If your idea of the perfect breakfast involves cheese, go for the Morning Meltdown (P275)—a sandwich of a 1/3-pound Angus beef patty with aged cheddar for sharpness, mozzarella for gooeyness, sweet caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce on toasted sourdough bread.
Raging Bull Burgers is a burger joint from the folks behind Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, both of which are under Shangri-La at the Fort. Their patties are ground daily using Australian and USA cuts of great-quality grain- and grass-fed beef, so you get full-on beefy bites, whichever burger you go for.
Raging Bull Burgers is at G/F Assembly Grounds at The Rise, Malugay Corner Tindalo Street, San Antonio, Makati City. For more information, check out Raging Bull Burgers' Facebook page.
