(SPOT.ph) After a year into the pandemic, a lot of businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and professionals have realized one thing: you don’t need an office cubicle to work. It’s only recently that people are catching up with what digital nomads—from writers to web developers—have been doing for a while now. Turns out that all we really need are a stable Internet connection, a laptop, and maybe a boss that doesn’t keep on looking over your shoulders.
If you don’t need to go back to the office in the foreseeable future (or ever), you may even choose to stay for a month or so by the beach. Just feel the sand on your feet, hear the crashing of the waves, and breathe in some fresh air while you’re tapping away on your laptop. Beach resorts all over the Philippines are offering long-stay work-from-beach packages, so you don’t really have to move to the province permanently.
