The National Capital Region and surrounding provinces will remain under general community quarantine with restrictions until the end of June as the government seeks to reopen more industries while ramping up COVID-19 vaccination efforts.
From June 16 to 30, Metro Manila and Bulacan will be under general community quarantine (GCQ) "with some restrictions"; while Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite will be under GCQ "with heightened restrictions" as announced by President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, June 15.
