(SPOT.ph) It's always great to buy fresh produce for your health's sake—but it's even better to do so and get it straight from local farmers. You're not only making sure there's nutritional variety in your daily diet, you're also helping out these farmers' livelihood. Here's where you can do exactly that this month: farm-to-table platform Mayani has partnered up with Ortigas Malls and will be holding The Grand Bagsakan, where you can shop different kinds of vegetables, cheese and dairy, meat products, and homemade food products that come straight from farms and cooperatives!
Mayani will be taking orders from May 5 to 12 p.m. on May 12, through this link. You can then drive by to pick up your orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 14, at the following drive-by stations in these Ortigas malls:
- Greenhills: GSTRIP parking
- Tiendesitas: Open parking in front of Bldg. A, facing Central Drive
- Estancia: Road lot parking, at the back of SM Store
The initiative will run once a month until the end of the year, so mark these dates on your calendars for its other runs: June 25, July 23, August 27, September 24, October 22, November 26, and December 23.
Mayani is a social impact-driven agritech startup that lets you order fresh produce from local farmers.
