How to reserve a slot to visit the BTS Pop-Up: Map of the Soul store in Manila

According to an announcement posted on Facebook by morningKall and later shared by SM Megamall, the BTS Pop-Up store will operate every day from May 29 to August 29 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Each day will have a total of 13 timeslots with 30 tickets available for reservation per slot

To register, visit morningKall's website and sign up for your desired date and timeslot. Online reservations for store visits will open every Wednesday of the week, which means sign-ups for the opening day until June 4 are happening today, May 26. Better register ASAP before you they run out of available slots!

Each E-ticket  entitles the holder to 30 minutes of shopping time and an additional 15 minutes for payment and crowd cleaningNote that E-ticket holders should arrive at the store 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled timeslot to help facilitate orderly queueing and shopping.

In case you can’t visit this coming week, you can sign up again on Wednesday, June 2, to visit during the June 5 to June 11 session, June 9 for the June 12 to 18 session, and June 16 for the June 19 to 25 session. More showcase visit sessions will be added to the website as the weeks go by, so free up some time each Wednesday to sign up.

A separate queue at the pop-up store will be provided for walk-ins, but only five walk-ins will be allowed inside per timeslot, so we suggest signing up ahead to avoid the fuss. Face masks, face shields, and one-meter social distancing will be required inside the store at all times.

A MandaTrack QR code is required to enter both the mall and store and customers with temperatures of 37.5 degrees celsius and above will be denied entry. MorningKall also notes that each timeslot may carry a different array of products and can sell out early due to limited quantity.
