(SPOT.ph) Filipino pan de sal and the rustic sourdough of the West may seem to be of completely different worlds. But one local bakery successfully merges the two: Manu Mano, which opened on Banawe Street, Quezon City, in 2019 and became known for their Hybrid Pan de Sal made with a special sourdough blend. Sadly, the bakery is permanently closing its doors, and their last day is on April 15.

The good news is, you still have time to get their breads for the last time—they're taking orders from April 5 to 10 and April 12 to 15. Their Hybrid Pan de Sal (P10) is a hit, of course, but it's worth leaving room for their Apo Blonde Sourdough Loaf (P275) and Hybrid Baguette (P90) as well.
Looking for a sweet bite? Go for the Pan de Tsokolate (P229/12 pieces), or treat yourself with the Browned Butter Chocolate Cookies 2.0 (P250/six pieces), Salted Tablea Brownies 2.0 (P250/six pieces), or Dark Chocolate Revel Bars (P250/six pieces).
To place an order, you can call or message 0945-614-9186 through mobile or Viber. They're currently stationed at Santa Mesa Heights in Quezon City.
For orders, contact 0945-614-9186 through mobile or Viber. For more information, check out Manu Mano's Facebook page.
