Now, they're taking on another well-loved dish—burgers, to be specific—and doing it with the same A+ execution they're known for. Wildflour has long had burgers on their regular menu—fret not, it'll remain there for dine-in (once the situation permits it) and takeaway—but the restaurant chose to launch Wildflour Burger as its own "delivery-first" brand that focuses on burgers. "Through the years, we've earned a loyal following for the burgers we serve at Wildflour, so we thought, 'Hey, we can do this customer favorite right, why not go all out with it?'" Wildflour shares in a statement.
The menu is short but sweet, but in true Wildflour fashion, it focuses on using top-notch ingredients—like Canada Beef, their own freshly baked brioche buns, veggies from local organic farms, good ol' American cheddar, and so on.
The Original Cheeseburger (P420) is a good place to start, with grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, American cheese, and secret sauce with the patty; you can also get it with twice the meat in the Double Cheeseburger (P595). Meanwhile, the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger (P420) brings on the roadhouse feels with its savory-sweet, smoky combination of the beef patty plus barbecue sauce, crispy bacon strips, American cheese, and onion rings.
Like it with some heat? The Chili Cheeseburger (P520) is a great choice—here, their beef patty plus American cheese, chili, lettuce, onions, and tomato come together for a flavor-potent whole. They also make a mean Fried Chicken Sandwich (P540), which has a crisp chicken fillet, secret sauce, and a cabbage slaw for crispness. All burgers and sandwiches come with fries, too.
