Ever Tried Grass-Fed Beef? Ramen Nagi's Newest Ramen Is a Great Place to Start

(SPOT.ph) While we'll happily take any of the ramen on Ramen Nagi's regular lineup any day, we're also real suckers for their more playful limited-edition variants—some of the variants they've come up in the past are the Wild Cheese Curry King and Binagoongan King. This time around, they've partnered with no other than grass-fed beef purveyor Bolzico Beef in their newest ramen, which you've got to try: the Bolzico Beef Sukiyaki King.

Ain't it a beaut?

As you can guess from the name, the Bolzico Beef Sukiyaki King (P580) takes inspiration from the Japanese beef dish known as sukiyaki—but instead of being served in a communal hot pot, it comes in ramen form. And while they had previously come out with the similar Tokyo Sukiyaki King, this version's made with tender strips of grass-fed Bolzico Beef (which is known for its juicy and flavorful qualities) along with Ramen Nagi's rich, milky tonkotsu broth and noodles. It's also got soft cubes of tofu that just about melt in the mouth, leeks, an egg for extra richness, and fire sauce for a touch of heat.

The Bolzico Beef Sukiyaki King will be available for dine-in at all Ramen Nagi branches. You only have until April 15 to catch it! Ramen Nagi's implementing safety measures, such as having glass dividers on the tables, contact tracing, and sanitary foot baths. This extends to their staff—Ramen Nagi has their employees undergo rapid antigen tests every two weeks, apart from the wearing of face masks and shields at all times.
