Rates for overnight stay range from P4,500 (deluxe room) to P6,500 (suite room) on December 24 and December 31. For the rest of the month, rates are at P3,300 for the deluxe room and P4,500 for the suite room. This is inclusive of breakfast for two.

Like all Seda properties in the Philippines, Seda Ayala Center Cebu has embraced the "new normal" with their safety protocol dubbed #SafeAtSeda. A maximum of two occupants are allowed per guest room. You can also expect reduced room amenities like hair dryer, notepad and pen, throw pillows,bed runners, mini-bar, and other reusable items. The front desk is equipped with protective barriers for added safety.

Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City has a room-only rate of P2,020. Booking period runs until December 25, while stay date is right on Christmas Eve (December 24 to 25).
