You might have heard of the popular Felicia's Pastry Shop in Bacolod City—well, they also have a branch in Iloilo City, too. Their Blueberry Sans Rival gets a painted-on treatment with blueberries mixed into a buttery cream and slathered all over the base. Imagine this sweet treat at the center of your holiday spread! You can get this dreamy cake for P1,100 or P115 per slice.
If you're looking for a more classic take but with a twist, check out the Salted Caramel Sans Rival! It has layers of sweet and salty caramel between buttery, nutty meringue. We imagine all the titos and titas will definitely approve of this version. A whole sans rival will cost P1,100 while a slice is at P110. You can also get Butter, Chocolate, Ube, and Mocha sans rival from this shop.
Metro Manila folks can get their sans-rival fix with Chef Jill Sandique’s Pistachio Sans Rival. This popular take lives up to the hype; it took the number one spot in our list of best sans rival in the Metro in 2019.
