(SPOT.ph) Zip lines and rope-climbing courses always catch the attention of adventurous travelers. It's a good thing that our country boasts a number of adventure parks where thrill-seekers can satisfy their need for adrenaline. In Mindanao, the Dahilayan Adventure Park continues to come up with exciting attractions such as the newly opened Razorback Mountain Coaster.

Dubbed as the Philippines' first alpine coaster or mountain coaster, the Razorback features a 600-meter monorail track that starts from a hilltop and goes through the Dahilayan Forest. This attraction is a type of summer tobbogan, which uses a sled or cart to run down a track. A full ride on the Razorback takes about two minutes.

Dahilayan Adventure Park reopened to the public on July 31 after months of closure amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Only guests from 15 to 65 years old are allowed. Visitors are required to wear face mask at all times, use a hairnet with the helmet provided, disinfection of hands and feet, temperature checks, and filling out of health declaration forms.

Dahilayan Adventure Park is in Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Entrance fee is at P50. For more information, visit Dahilayan Adventure Park's website.
