But there’s also no denying that it’s got a massive cultural impact in the U.S. and Canada of course where the historical occasion is marked with a grand spread—the star of which is often roast turkey, plus fixings like stuffing, cranberry sauce, and other hearty dishes. With their great-tasting, party-ready savory fare, Carlito’s Catering is a reliable favorite for any and all your celebrations. Every year, Mamou pays ode to Thanksgiving with their special, limited-time Acoy’s Turkey Platter (P1,195)—and yup, it’s back this 2021! This solo-serving meal is a great option if you’re dining solo or have a small household but still want a taste of the season; consider it an all-in-one Thanksgiving dinner on a plate. It’s got their freshly carved Turkey, Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Jelly, Orange Sweet Potato Compote, Harvest Salad, and of course, Pumpkin Pie. If you’re celebrating a grand dinner with friends and family, you can go for the full Turkey Feast. It’s got everything you need for an ultra-memorable Thanksgiving: Herb Roasted U.S. Turkey with Classic Country Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, a Harvest Salad, Smoked Bacon & Apple Stuffing, French Bean Casserole, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Macaroni Gratin, and a Holiday Pumpkin Pie for a sweet ending. Gallery by Chele’s takeaway leg give the classic Thanksgiving spread a touch of Mediterranean flair with their special Turkey Feast set (P5,900/good for six to eight). You can start the meal off with the Traditional Pumpkin Soup peppered with croutons and cured ham before moving to the star of the show: Roasted “Thanksgiving” Turkey, with sides of Cranberry Sauce, Homemade Gravy, a Sweet Potato Casserole with Parmesan Cheese, a Chicken Sausage Stuffing, Chorizo Rice, and Sauteed Green Beans.
