One of the ways you can still take that much-needed break during this pandemic is to go to establishments with al-fresco dining. If you want your dining experience to come with a breathtaking view, there are tons of beautiful restaurants and cafés in Rizal to check out, and one of them is Coffee Rush Eastridge.
Coffee Rush Eastridge is a new café, restaurant, bar, and soon, a glamping site, too. Located on top of a hill in Binangonan, Rizal, this spot offers fresh air and a beautiful view of the Metro Manila skyline and Laguna Bay.
If you love an #aesthetic café, Coffee Rush Eastridge has an al-fresco dining setup with a rustic vibe to it. The space has mostly wooden furniture, capiz shell-studded sliding windows, a bonfire site, and even a wooden wagon, which are all very Instagrammable.
What's on Coffee Rush Eastridge's menu?
The coffee they serve includes classics like Café Americano, which uses premium Atok Arabica, and non-coffee options like Matcha and Hot Chocolate. They also serve Caramel Macchiato, White Chocolate Mocha, Café Mocha, Coconut Latte, and Popcorn Latte—these signature drinks are all available either hot or iced.
If you visit for more than just coffee, Coffee Rush Eastridge has an all-day breakfast menu including no-fail options like Beef Tapa, Longganisa, and Daing na Bangus. You can also find regional favorites like Pinangat and Laing as well as Embutido and Blue Marlin Steak. They've got pasta, too: Pomodoro, Carbonara, and Aglio Olio.
Ready for dessert? Coffee Rush Eastridge has different sweet treats like the Dark Chocolate Mini Cake, Muffins (Banana Walnut, Blueberry, Choco Banana), Burnt Basque Cheesecake, Strawberry Chantilly Cake, Mango Cream Cake, Choco Walnut Cookie, Cheesy Ensaymada, Cheesecake in a Tub, and Classic Egg Tarts. They even sell a couple of Baguio food items, just so you don't have to go all the way to the North for them.
Coffee Rush Eastridge is at Block 77, Lot 28, Eastridge Executive Village, Binangonan, Rizal. They're open every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and currently accept 18-to 65-year-olds and walk-ins.
