Achieving that coveted work-life balance has been even more difficult lately (with the panini and all)—but there's another factor you might have forgotten about completely: how to chill. Between getting things done career-wise and accomplishing personal goals, it can be pretty easy to forget that you should take things slow every once in a while. Stop and smell the flowers, as they say, and recharge.
To help drill this important reminder into your subconscious, some of Manila's top creatives across different fields have joined a campaign by Budweiser called "Height of Your Art." The U.S. pale lager brand is making the rounds this October to call on a few names to help them remind folks that it's okay to take a breather every once in a while, preferably with some ice-cold beer.
These creatives know the answer to dried-up brain cells: Beer. (In responsible quantities!)
Who says a beer or two while working isn't a good idea? WFH begs to differ. Just check out how video creator Kaye Lantoria does it. She runs an IG account and a YouTube vlog, so she spices up the hours spent working editing and making content online with some lager.

Radio fiends are probably familiar with Markki Stroem. The DJ, host, and singer looks like he's one of those lucky people who managed to make their passion their job. "There is no straight line to follow, all there is to follow is your heart," said Stroem on IG.

Meanwhile, digital creator Joe Abad is just happy to have made it to Friday. Same feels. Between his own projects and being one-half of the Chuck and Joe tandem on social media, we're sure Abad appreciates whatever time he can take to just chill. "Kudos to you for surviving the week!" he added.
