The Famous Estrel's Caramel Cake Gets A Halloween-Themed Makeover
The Halloween Pumpkin Cake (a.k.a. Design 74) has all the same qualities that folks love about Estrel's famous Caramel Cake, including a pillowy chiffon cake base, that signature smooth and lightly sweet frosting, and of course, the no-frills design that the dessert has long been associated with. For Halloween, the cake is dotted with orange-and-black flowers made of icing to match the traditional colors of the holiday. You can opt add a Halloween pumpkin topper (P50) made of plastic to the cake to make it look even more on-theme.
If you're not a fan of caramel cake—or just want to try something new—worry not because the Halloween Pumpkin Cake is customizable. You can request to use marshmallow icing or butter icing instead of caramel icing.
