(SPOT.ph) If you grew up listening to OPM in the 1990s and 2000s, you probably know the song “Kahit Kailan” by South Border. Released in 1996, it's a timeless, romantic track that has stood the test of time, it's no wonder that it's a videoke favorite (even when that falsetto part is quite challenging).
The band's main man Jay Durias takes us through the genesis of the song, how a high school crush inspired him to write it (the first line was written during agriculture class, says Durias), and the story behind that remarkably seamless transition between the falsetto vocals and saxophone solo.
