(SPOT.ph) Heart Evangelista, the Philippines resident crazy-rich Asian was in Baguio City in early 2021 to celebrate some milestones. No doubt the absolute fashionista made the most of the opportunity to rock out some layers. The super-upscale actress-slash-influencer took to her IG stories to share one particular outfit that caught our attention.
Alright, so some lovely pastel layers, cute booties, and white tights. That's some top-notch styling there for sure. But wait, what's this?

Best part is that it comes in different bright hues, you know, so you can buy loads to match with your outfits. We know we're exceeding our P22,000 budget, but what's throwing in P7,000 more for this accessory, right?
