Who is Arshie Lagra and why is he one of the Filipino TikTokers to follow?

Lagra, who also goes by Arshiethromycin on social media (clever!), is a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from the Centro Escolar University. One of his earliest TikTok vids show that he's been on the platform since 2018 and as of writing, has around two million followers! He even got the blue check in December 2020.
Lagra posts about a bunch of different things; he's a K-Pop fan, does dance covers, but most popular are the videos he makes while working at a pharmacy headed by his mom.
