As you can guess from the name, The Roast Beef Counter specializes in Roast Beef (P195/100 grams, P1,500/kilo) that’s marinated overnight and cooked low and slow for six to seven hours, resulting in truly tender and juicy meat. This Parañaque-based shop has been around since 2014, so they’re definitely doing something right! For a casual family dinner, you can go for their Roast Beef Sampler (P550) which comes with 300 grams of beef, mashed potatoes, and gravy; and for small parties, you can go for the Roast Beef Tray (P1,500) which has one kilo of meat, or the Roast Beef Party Tray (P2,900) with two kilos of meat. Another way you can have their signature dish is in the Roast Beef Shepherd's Pie (P500/tray good for four), a casserole of roast beef that’s stewed and topped with creamy potatoes.
