(SPOT.ph) Some sad news today for the local shopping scene: FitFlop is closing all their stores in the Philippines. Today, June 30, is their last day of operations both in stores and online. "We'd like to thank you for your support, and hope you continue to enjoy our products," they wrote on a Facebook post. The brand was founded in 2007 by Canadian entrepreneur Marcia Kilgore and is best known for creating footwear that prioritizes comfort and arch support with a distinctive look all its own.

The brand's closure announcement comes as a surprise to both loyal FitFlop fans and casual shoppers throughout Metro Manila and beyond. On June 16, FitFlop announced on a Facebook post that they would be holding their biggest sale yet where every pair would be available for P1,999 or below. The sale would turn out to be the brand's last big shopping event in the country.
You can still shop the sale before FitFlop officially bids the Philippines goodbye by visiting selected branches, logging onto their Shopee and Lazada pages, or shopping at Res Toe Run, The Travel Club, and Grind. Don't miss your last chance to stock up if you love their comfy pairs!
