This Rooftop Café in Pampanga Has a Stunning View of the Sunset

It's nearly a year since quarantine in the Philippines was declared and it's only normal to want a change in scenery. If you want to unwind but avoid more busy, crowded cities, you can opt to go out of town. In Pampanga, you can go and check out Cafe Rooftop, an #aesthetic rooftop café where they serve a mix of classics and trendy food and beverage items.

If you have a sweet tooth, you'll definitely enjoy all the desserts and pastries that Café Rooftop has on the menu. They have Silvanas, Ube Custard, and a wide selection of cakes including the Ube Macapuno Cake, Tiramisu Ferrero, Dark Mocha Sans Rival, and Red Velvet.

Besides the newly launched Calamansi Pie, they have different types of cheesecakes, too: Burnt Basque Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, a Triple Choco Cheesecake which has three layers of cake, Raspberry New York Cheesecake, and Cheesecake-In-A-Jar that comes in Blueberry, Matcha Oreo, and Salted Caramel flavors.

If you're going there to catch up with friends, one of the food items that's good for sharing is the Signature Rooftop. It's a ginormous platter with plated fresh fruits which include watermelon, mangoes, grapes, oranges, and kiwi on one side, then the other half of the plate has savory eats that are perfect paired with drinks—think grilled skewers, fries, and other fried meat.

For the drinks you'll pair with your meals and desserts, Cafe Rooftop has the likes of Caramel Macchiato, Latte, Frozen Lemonade, and Snow Grape on the menu. But if you want to get a little buzzed, they also have alcoholic beverages like beer towers, soju, and cocktails!

Be sure to pair your food with one of their drinks!

If there's anything to be said about Cafe Rooftop, it's that it's very Instagrammable, especially during sunset. Since it's located on a rooftop, you get an amazing view of the sunset, plus a view of Mt. Arayat.
