(SPOT.ph) Bolinao is an under-the-radar summer destination in the province of Pangasinan. It boasts white-sand beaches, a beautiful and historic lighthouse, and mesmerizing waterfalls. If you haven't visited (or even heard) of this small coastal town, then you're missing a lot and it's probably time go on a long drive up north—while still following health protocols, of course.
