Go Spanish This V-Day With a Five-Course Menu You Can Have at Home

(SPOT.ph) We're just a few days away from Valentine's day—and in an ideal world, we'd have everything planned months ahead, but life happens and chances are you're still scrambling for ideas on how to surprise your bae this coming weekend. As far as the food side of the equation goes, why not go Spanish? Here's a compelling argument to do that: Hola Bombón's got the Día de San Valentin Set Menu, or special five-course set menus which you can try for dine-in or order for delivery, from February 12 to 14!

You've got two set menus to choose from, which differ in their main course: Seafood lovers can go for Set A (P2,450/person), which comes with Bacalao—a course of seared salted cod loin, peas, carrots, radish). True-blue carnivores, on the other hand, can go for Set B (P2,450/person), which comes with Vaca a.k.a. tenderloin medallion, mushrooms, potatoes, truffle, and brandy demi-glace. Both sets also come with the following courses:

  • Jamon (with jamon serrano, cheese, air baguette, and gazpacho)
  • Pulpo (with grilled octopus, potatoes, romaine lettuce, sea grapes, mojo rojo, and white sangria)
  • Marisco (with shrimp, mussels, Bomba rice, crustacean broth, coconut cream, kaffir)
  • Queso (with Basque burnt cheesecake, white chocolate, passionfruit, and strawberry)
Set A comes with Bacalao.

Plus, you can opt to get flowers to go with your special dinner. There's an option to add on the Love in Bloom mini-bouquet from Designer Blooms for an additional P997.50 (that's 50% off from its regular P1,995 price tag!).

You can also choose to add on a Love in Bloom mini-bouquet from Designer Blooms, if you're feeling extra.
