Baguio City shortened their curfew and liquor ban hours on Monday, February 22, in preparation for the gradual increase of operational capacity for businesses and establishments.
An executive order signed by Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong stated that general curfew is now from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m., except for frontliners working in medical services, uniformed personnel on duty, security services, BPOs, and export-oriented industries. Previously, curfew hours were from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. of the next day.
The liquor ban, on the other hand, is from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. of the following day. The sale, purchase, and consumption of any alcoholic beverages are allowed only at authorized establishments for dining and accommodations. Baguio City's liquor ban used to be from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. of the next day.

For beer, wine, and cocktails, a maximum of four individual servings may be given per diner.
For liquor and distilled spirits, the following are allowed:
- A maximum of two bottles per table shared by two or more people where the volume of the beverage does not exceed one liter
- A maximum of one bottle per shared table of two or more people where the volume thereof exceeds one liter
- Neither shall be served to individual diners
