Top of Cebu is located atop the mountains of Busay, and is said to be around 2,000 feet above sea level. As you can imagine, it offers a breathtaking view—you get to see Cebu (as well as Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu) in its full glory! During the day, you get a scenic view of the mountains, while at night, you get to see the city lights and the stars shine against the evening sky. Definitely bring out your phone cameras and snap photos for the 'gram—or just enjoy the moment! It's the perfect backdrop to a romantic date with your special someone, or a reunion with your closest friends or family.

As for the food, Top of Cebu's menu includes classic and modern Filipino eats, like the Pochero de Cebu (P655), Crispy Pata (P730), and Chicken Pork Adobo ni Lola (P290). You'll also find more globally-influenced dishes like Truffled Mushroom Pizza (P360), Seafood Marinara Pasta (P345), and Mango-Kani Salad (P210). For drinks, they've got shakes like the Buko Lychee (P100) and teas like the Gano Mushroom Tea (P80).

They serve all sorts of Filipino and international dishes that are perfect for sharing with friends or family.

"From the name itself, Top of Cebu, we knew that the best Cebuano dining experience includes [the] bukid and good food, so we were inspired to create a contemporary Filipino restaurant and menu for the Cebuanos [with] interesting and unique dishes," Top of Cebu shares in a Facebook exchange with SPOT.ph. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. If you're traveling to Cebu anytime soon, be sure to add it to your bucket list!
