This Forever 21 branch is putting an extra 30% discount on items in their store that are already marked down. That means that you can shop pieces that are already on sale for even lower prices. According to a post by the Forever 21 SM City Cebu Facebook page, they've got items as low as P200 up for grabs. Better make sure to search every shelf and rack inside the store to hunt for the best deals. We spotted dressed, cardigans, sweaters, denim jackets, T-shirts, blazers, and more on sale.
