(SPOT.ph) No Pinoy celebration is complete without pancit, and for good reason: it's tasty, it's filling, and it can be enjoyed as a solo meal or for sharing. If there's any restaurant that understands the Filipino palate well, it's Manam—and if you're a fan of their food, you'll be happy to know that their parent company The Moment Group has come out with a new online shop that highlights the Pinoy noodle dish: meet Papa Pancitan!
You'll find all kinds of pancit and noodles at Papa Pancitan, served in bilaos that are perfect for sharing. The bilaos come in varying sizes: the Pan-Pamilya (good for three to five), Pan-Barkada (good for six to 10), Pan-Barangay (good for 11 to 15), and Pan-Fiesta (good for 16 to 20).
Looking for the classics? Papa Pancit serves great versions of popular favorites, like the Pancit Canton (starts at P368/Pan-Pamilya), Pancit Bihon (starts at P368/Pan-Pamilya), or Pancit Palabok (starts at P498/Pan-Pamilya).
If you're looking to change up your noodle game, they also have more contemporary takes that'll change the way you view pancit forever. Go for the Pancit Sisig (starts at P498/Pan-Pamilya) or Pancit Squid Negra with Garlic Aioli (starts at P538/Pan-Pamilya) if you love meat or seafood, respectively. Like it crispy? Try the Crispy Pancit Canton (starts at P538/Pan-Pamilya) or Crispy Pancit Palabok (starts at P538/Pan-Pamilya).
There's also the Papa Kung Pow Noodles (starts at P508/Pan-Pamilya) if you like your noods with a Chinese-style touch. For the kids-at-heart, they've even got the Papa-party! Spaghetti (starts at P508/Pan-Pamilya).
Beyond noodles, Papa Pancitan has other great offerings to complete your Filipino feast. Go for a crunchy bite with the House Lumpiang Shanghai (P238/12 pieces) or Lumpiang Gulay (P218/12 pieces), or get the Fried Pepita Pao (P178/12 pieces) a.k.a. fried buns to pair with your pancit. They've also got meaty options, like the House Pork BBQ (P418/12 pieces), Crispy Papa-ta (P548/good for three to five), and Fried Mama-nok (P548/good for three to five), should you want more protein to accompany your meal. End your meal on a sweet note with the chewy, cheese-filled Papa's Ube Cheese Balls (P128/12 pieces, P248/24 pieces).
For orders, just visit Papa Pancitan's delivery website on Moment Food. They take orders for same-day deliveries and pre-orders for up to two weeks in advance, and there's a daily cut-off time of 8 p.m.—all orders placed beyond that will be processed the next day. Take note, too, that there's a minimum required amount of P500 for deliveries.
And if you're looking for more Filipino fare to add to your feast, we highly recommend the grilled meats by online food shop Tabi-Tabi BBQ. Their grilled chicken and BBQ are perfect paired with their house-made sauces and sides—namely the Muscovado-Garlic Sauce, Monggong may Tinapa, and Ensaladang Papaya!
