(SPOT.ph) French fries are one of those eats that are good any time of the day, and while we'll gladly take plain fries any day, they also take well to being a vessel to hold other toppings. We recently spotted an especially sinful French-fry dish: Dova Brunch Cafe in Iloilo makes Hangover Fries (P190), or fries topped with pulled pork, a poached egg, bacon strips, chipotle mayo, and cilantro!
The Hangover Fries is part of Dova Brunch Cafe's brunch selection, but that's not all they've got under their sleeves. They also make a classic Eggs Benedict (starts at P195); a hearty Big Brunch Plate (P295) with baked beans, Italian and Hungarian sausages, bacon, toast, mushrooms, potatoes, and tomatoes; and a fruity Strawberry and Banana Pancake plate (P215).

You can also find lighter options like the Chicken Apple Salad (starts at P195) with shredded chicken, green apples, grapes, and truffle honey, as well as the Taco Trio (P195) with three tacos each containing different fillings: pulled pork, fish, and Mexican chicken.
Fries are great paired with milk tea, and here in Manila, some of the milk-tea drinks we can't get enough of are the Okinawa Milk Tea from Serenitea and the Cream Cheese Milk Tea from Macao Imperial.
Dova Brunch Cafe is at Megaworld Business Park, Mandurriao 5000 Iloilo City. For more information, check out Dova Brunch Cafe's Facebook or Instagram pages.
