De La Salle University said on November 23 that they would forego college admission tests for academic year 2021 - 2022, following other universities that have waived entrance exams due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Freshman applicants will instead be evaluated based on their academic record and other submitted credentials, DLSU said in a statement. Deadline of applications is on February 15, 2021.

"This year, the University adopts a new admissions process and will not administer the DLSU College Admission Test (DCAT) due to the current situation in the country," it said, noting that graduating students from public high schools can apply for free.
