Designed with a Japanese-inspired aesthetic, Hotel Okura Manila features an 18-meter-high atrium lobby surrounded by natural elements such as wood and stone complemented by a minimalist garden. It imbibes omotenashi (Japanese hospitality), which is all about honest service. "Omote" refers to the image you want to present to others, while "nashi" means nothing—no hiding, no pretending.
