(SPOT.ph) In Alert Level 3—Metro Manila’s official quarantine status until October 31—personal care establishments like salons and spas are allowed to operate with a limited capacity. That means if you’ve been meaning to get a haircut, mani-pedi, or massage for a while, now’s the time. However, we understand that some of you may still be hesitant about visiting indoor establishments. So if a long-overdue haircut, new dye job, or fresh trim is on your mind, don’t worry because a few spots across the Metro are now offering outdoor salon and barbershops services so you can get groomed and pampered without having to risk staying in an enclosed space.
