Session Groceries is a Baguio-based mobile app that directly links buyers in Metro Manila with farmers in the Cordilleras. They started out in 2019, especially after an influx in an oversupply of unsold vegetables and fruits that left Benguet farmers with no choice but to dump their harvest on the road side. But the frequent rains in August and devastating typhoon this October heavily damaged their farms and produce. In an effort to save what's left of bruised strawberries and help the farmers make some money for recovery, Session Groceries is selling their homemade Strawberry Juice, Strawberry Tea, Strawberry Vinaigrette, and Strawberry Habanero Sauce. Order through the Session Groceries app for Android and iOS to help.
