(SPOT.ph) Just last weekend, Mendokoro Ramenba had Pasig folks scrambling to get their ramen fix as they held a food truck pop-up at Capitol Commons, serving their signature ramen bowls! In case you missed it—or if you're like us and your belly is ready for round two—here's your chance. Yup, Spotters, the ramen resto's food truck is back at Capitol Commons this weekend from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. starting today, October 1 until October 3!

Mendokoro Ramenba's pop-up is back in Pasig and here's what you can order:

Just look for Mendokoro Ramenba's blue truck beside the park, line up (be sure to follow social-distancing protocols), order away, and dig in! You can expect the full cast of Mendokoro's signatures to be available for ordering. There's the Shio (P430) that highlights the pure yet full-on porky flavor of tonkotsu broth, and the soy-sauce infused Shoyu (P460) that bagged second place in our 2019 Top 10 Shoyu Ramen in Manila list for its robust umami flavor. Alternatively, you can go for the nutty-spicy Tantanmen (P490), seafood-studded Ebi Tonkotsu (P640), or smoky, chashu-topped Super Chashu (P610)! Whichever bowl(s) you go for, don't forget their signature Gyoza (P140/three pieces, P230/five pieces; P540/12 pieces frozen) on the side.

Mendokoro Ramenba is a ramen joint from the folks behind fellow ramen restaurant Yushoken. They opened their first branch in Makati in 2014 and have commanded long lines since then. If you decide to go to the pop-up, be sure to mask up and stay safe!

Mendokoro Ramenba's pop-up is at Capitol Commons, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. For more information, check out Mendokoro Ramenba's Facebook page.
