(SPOT.ph) While Baguio City in Benguet is a popular tourist destination every summer because of its chilly weather, its Christmas attractions also draw in the crowd during the -ber months. And it's now easier than ever to visit this city in the Cordilleras, even in the middle of pandemic, as they reopen their doors to fully vaccinated travelers...only.

In an announcement by Baguio Tourism on October 26, fully vaccinated individuals can visit Baguio without having to present an RT-PCR or antigen test. Fully vaccinated means it's been two weeks or more since your second dose of a two-dose anti-COVID vaccine or since your last vaccination of a one-dose vaccine. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated minors (from 12 to 17 years old) can join their fully vaccinated parents and guardians as long as they have negative RT-PCR or antigen test taken within 72 hours of arrival. Those younger than 11 years old shall be tested at the option of their accompanying parent or adult guardian.
