(SPOT.ph) Outdoor dining has gained popularity in the past few months, mostly because of the need for proper ventilation and airflow in the pandemic. In Cebu, a lot of establishments already have outdoor areas, which makes for a relatively safer option when it comes to dining out. Whether you’re looking for your caffeine fix or a great place to chill, the café scene here is pretty diverse, with specialty coffee houses, cafés with a view, and so much more.
