The Strawberry & Chocolate Fantasy (P1,280) marries the two elements together in the form of a multi-layered cake that's quite picturesque, too. This dessert has a chocolate-cake base with dark chocolate ganache, topped with two layers of pillowy chiffon cake with a fruity strawberry puree in between. The cake is then frosted with a pretty pink whipped-cream icing and topped with fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate!
