(SPOT.ph) Outdoor exercise was banned during the two-week enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila from August 6 to 20, much to the dismay of joggers and bikers who just want to stay healthy amid the raging pandemic. But as the National Capital Region shifts to modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) from August 21 to 31, the ban on outdoor walks, jogging, running, and biking is also lifted. This was confirmed in the Omnibus Guidelines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force on August 19 and circulated on August 20, Friday.
