(SPOT.ph) Naturally sweet and perfect on a hot day, smoothie bowls are a fast favorite that goes way beyond being just a smoothie in a different form. It's similar in that it blends together ingredients like fruit, optional dairy, and other ingredients into a cool and revitalizing treat that won't weigh you down—but its spoonability satisfies in a distinct way, and you can top them with things like (more) fruit, nuts, and the like to make them ultra-Instagrammable! While they're typically associated with the beach, if you happen to be in Cebu, we found a spot where you can get your fix—and it's a totally aesthetic one, too. Check out Juiceria Juice Bar along F. Cabahug street!

Here's why Juiceria is a must-visit in Cebu:

With peachy-pink walls, wooden tables and chairs in shades of tan and white, and plants, Juiceria Juice Bar has the sort of cozy vibe that'll have you bringing out your phone camera to snap photos for the 'Gram. It's well-lit, too—we won't fault you for taking advantage of your visit to take selfies at their space.

As you can guess from their name, Juiceria prides themselves for their cold-pressed juices, which come in invigorating combos like the Immune Booster (P180) with carrot, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, orange, and mint; the Tropical Bliss (P170) with pineapple, orange, mint, and lime; and the Stress Less (P170) with matcha, pineapple, and orange.

But it's their smoothie bowls—dubbed Energy Bowls—that will definitely make you come back. The Tropical Acai Bowl (P195) has a fruit-forward profile with acai, coconut milk, mango, banana, and chia, while the Detox Bowl (P175) goes for an earthy-meets-nutty mix of matcha, almond milk, banana, ground linseed, sunflower seeds, and almond. For a decadent but not heavy treat, go for the Vitality Bowl (P175), which has cacao, almond milk, banana, and peanut butter so you can sate your sweet tooth in a totally nourishing way.
