Iskrambol or ice scramble is a widely popular Filipino street food, especially during summer or when it's just a particularly hot day (which, in the Philippines, could be most of the whole year). While you can order ready-to-eat iskrambol and DIY kits from other shops, if you're up for a challenge, you can also make this icy dessert from scratch. And that couldn't be easier to do when you've got inJoy's Ice Scramble Flavored Powder Mix in your pantry!

Stock up for when the cravings hit!

Just like 3-in-1 coffee, inJoy's Ice Scramble Flavored Powder Mix is easy to use. All you have to do is to prepare crushed ice, pour the powder on the ice, and mix it using a wire whisk or a handheld mixer. It's important that you use a handheld mixer or a wire whisk to achieve the consistency and texture of the iskrambol you can buy on the streets.

Plus, inJoy's Ice Scramble Flavored Powder Mix comes in different flavors. Besides the Classic flavor (P183), inJoy also has Ube (P183), Buko Pandan (P183), and Melon (P183) scramble mix. Each pack contains a kilogram of the mix, which can yield a total of 88 cups—you might even want to start a small business with your iskrambol stash.

You can't go wrong with the Classic flavor.
