It might look just like any other cake at first glance, but what makes the tsunami cake different is that you're meant to pull up the acetate sheet or ring mold upon serving—resulting in a dramatic (and very IG-worthy) moment as the frosting or cream cascades down like a lush, gooey, heavenly cloud.
