Iloilo's New Serviced Residences Are the First in Western Visayas

The answer? Serviced residences. They have the facilities that hotels offer like a swimming pool, but also have condo amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. If you're looking for that kind of place in Western Visayas, Iloilo just opened their first-ever serviced residences: Citadines Amigo Iloilo along Iznart Street in Iloilo City Proper.

Citadines Amigo Iloilo, which is part of Ascott Limited's Citadines brand, features 121 units that range from a 29-square-meter Studio to a 65-square meter One-Bedroom Deluxe. All apartments are pet-friendly, and the Studio Premier and One-Bedroom Deluxe units all have full kitchen facilities. The building also has a self-service launderette, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool.

In celebration of their official launch, Citadines Amigo Iloilo is offering special introductory rates until July 2021.
