Former Tomato Kick Staff Open a New QC Eatery

(SPOT.ph) For many of us, college wouldn't be the same without trips to popular hangout Tomato Kick—after all, it was there that you could catch live performances of local musicians, and they cooked up some seriously tasty grub. They sadly closed their doors for good in May, but not all is lost: a number of Tomato Kick's former employees have opened Potatokick, a new restaurant with feel-good eats and drinks in the Malingap area.

Potatokick's menu includes a number of Tomato Kick favorites, as well as new dishes. Yup, you can relish in TK's famous Sisig Pasta (P230), Crispy Bacon Liempo (P220), and Cheesy Bacon Potato Wedges (P220) once again! You'll also find sandwiches, like the BLT Burger (P250) and Chicken Fajitas (P170); pita pizzas like the Bacon Pizza (P120) and Pesto Pizza (P120); and rice meals like the Bagnetsilog (P260) and Fajita Rice (P230, with chicken, beef, or tofu).

You'll want to pair these comfort eats with their cocktails, which include the Zombie (P100/glass, P260/pitcher), Rhum Coke (P80/glass, P220/pitcher), and Gin and Sin (P80/glass, P220/pitcher). They've also got beer like Red Horse (P85) and Cerveza Negra (P95).

Potatokick is on soft opening starting today, June 8 until June 10, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Can't head out? You an also order for takeout or delivery by texting or calling 0968-718-7221, then paying via GCash, waiting for their confirmation, and booking your courier of choice. They will officially be opening their doors on June 11.
