These Cheesy Fries Are Coming to McDonald's This Week

(SPOT.ph) McDonald's is the kind of spot you can hit up whether you're hungry for a sweet or savory snack or looking for a full-on meal. You probably already have your go-to—maybe it's their Chicken McDo or their world-famous Quarter Pounder! (Hopefully it's not the Filet-O-Fish.) Still, it's worth trying something new every once in a while. If you're a fan of the pungent profile of garlic and cheddar, you'll want to hit them up starting tomorrow, May 26. They'll have the new Garlic Cheddar McFlavor Fries on the menu—and you can have it with a Banana Caramel Shake, too! Both will be available for a limited time.

The Garlic Cheddar McFlavor Fries (P79) features McDonald's fries drizzled with a creamy cheese relish and garlic aioli dressing. (If you've seen it before, it's because the product was previously tested at selected kiosks—but this time, it's making its official launch.) Meanwhile, the Banana Caramel Shake (P75) has a creamy blend of McDonald's soft-serve, milk, and their own banana-caramel syrup for a cool and sippable treat!

The fries and shake are part of their upcoming Minions menu sets, which are special items themed after the Despicable Me characters—and for the best of savory and sweet worlds, you can get them together by going for the Minions Combo (starts at P145).

These items will be available from May 26 onwards at all McDonald's stores nationwide. Can't head out? You can also order for delivery through McDonald's website, or via GrabFood or Foodpanda.
