But there are more ways to have the combo than just the classic icebox cake; in fact, one online seller in Cebu gives it a French-inspired twist. Meet Butter & Sugar and their one-of-a-kind Mango Float Cream Puffs!
The Mango Float Cream Puffs (P120/six pieces) have the classic mango-float ingredients—whipped cream, crushed grahams, and mangoes—in choux pastry. It's a totally ingenious way to get your fill of the said flavors—and it's perfect for the summer season! It'll be available this whole month of April. You can also try their regular cream-puff menu, which includes the Vanilla, Nutella, Mango, Coffee, and Ube variants, also at P120 for six pieces.
Butter & Sugar is run by sisters Caitlin and Valerie Yap, who realized their love for baking and started the business in light of the quarantine in 2020. They began with selling their Peach Jelly Cheesecake (P300/four inches, P650/seven inches, P900/nine inches) and Brownies and soon expanded their lineup—now they've also got even more drool-worthy desserts like the Banana Ice Cream Cheesecake (P800/eight inches), Chocolate Mud Pie (P650/seven inches), and Ube Mousse Cheesecake (P300/four inches, P650/seven inches, P900/nine inches).
