Now, if there's any food shop that does a great job at giving comfort classics more playful spins, it's The Test Kitchen—and they're now dipping their toes into the fried-chicken sandwich world with their leveled-up versions that you can order for this weekend, April 24 and 25!
For a savory-sweet bite, try the Maple Bourbon Glazed Chicken Sandwich—it's got lettuce, tomato, and onions, plus a creamy and zesty ranch dressing for extra zip. Prefer your chicken with a bit of heat? Go for the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which gets added crispness and flavor from the addition of a chipotle slaw and house dill pickles. Each sandwich goes for P485.
You can place an order for pickup or delivery (note that you'll have to book your own courier) by calling or texting 0977-288-5751. They'll only be available on April 24 and 25 and quantities are limited, so place those orders, stat!
The Test Kitchen is a restaurant helmed by Chef Josh Boutwood. Though it began only offering tasting menus from its former Kamagong Street outpost, it relocated to Rockwell in 2019, offering a slew of ala carte offerings that showcase Boutwood's culinary creativity.
