(SPOT.ph) Despite suspended trips by most bus companies, the ParaƱaque Integrated Terminal Exchange announced on Wednesday night, March 31, that they will remain open on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
Bus companies servicing routes to Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas have advised the landport that there will be limited to no available trips in observance of the holidays. However, the ParaƱaque Integrated Terminal Exchange are expecting that commuters would still wait for any available transport service in the area.
“Our doors will remain open because there are still available trips on those days. More importantly, we want to make sure that those who will want to wait until they get on a bus are safe and comfortable while in the terminal,” said PITX Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Head Jason Salvador in a statement.
Provincial buses to and from "NCR+" are limited to point-to-point trips and only Authorized Persons Outside of Residence during the week-long enhanced community quarantine.
