(SPOT.ph) With the huge shift to digital and remote working, more and more people are getting into freelancing. You work at your own pace, have better control of your time, and possibly earn more. But the big question always is: How much should I charge? To help you find out if your rates are too high or you're being paid (way) too low, Freelance Writers' Guild of the Philippines is offering a webinar on freelancing on April 10 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is at P350, which is free for Freelance Writers' Guild of the Philippines (FWGP) members.
Writer and editor Aimee Morales is set to share her experiences and tips learned over more than two decades of freelancing. Other speakers are Liezl Dunuan and Pitin Septimo.
Aside from learning how to charge your clients with an appropriate and profitable rate, other topics to be discussed are strategies on costing, timeline development, hourly vs. daily rate, contracts and terms of payment, blogging and SEO rates, and more. There's also an open forum for attendees.
How Much Should I Charge? is on April 10, 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Fee is at P350. To register, fill out their Google Form.
