(SPOT.ph) Le Sucre Lab stirred up the chocolate-cake scene when their famous Chocolate Dreamcake went viral in 2018. With layers of a moist chocolate cake, dark chcoolate ganache, chocolate goo, chocolate disk, and cocoa powder in a tin, it gives you a balanced mix of textures and tastes than your average chocolate cake. The local purveyor has since come out with other Dreamcake flavors, and if you're a fan of purple yam, you're in (very) good luck: Le Sucre Lab now has the Ube Dreamcake, which will be available only for a limited time!
Get ready to drool: The Ube Dreamcake (P645/six-inch tin) has ube chiffon, ube halaya, ube goo, a white-chocolate disk, ube mousse, ube crumbs, and a chocolate medallion on top! It'll definitely open your eyes to the possibilities with our humble purple yam. This cake is available at all Le Sucre Lab branches, but you can also order it for delivery by filling out this form; note that you'll have to book your own courier to pick it up for you.
Le Sucre Lab is a local dessert shop known for their Dreamcakes and chocolate confections. It began as a venture offering pastry classes before eventually selling their own signature treats—and our sweet tooths could not be happier that they did so.
