(SPOT.ph) '90s and 2000s kids, it must be pretty strange seeing the styles you loved wearing as a child become trendy all over again now that you're well into adulthood. If you ask us though, we love the resurgence of the now-nostalgic early aughts look. Every old-school style from lace tank tops to combat boots to bucket hats and everything in between has become cool again some time in the last five or six years—just between us, we're secretly dreading the day low-waist jeans make a comeback, but that's a conversation for another time. However, if we had to pick one resurrected '90s trend we're totally in love with, the chunky sandal revival would be a top contender. The latest update of the style to make it onto our wish lists are courtesy of the new Lazy Oaf x Melissa Collection!

Lazy Oaf is a London-based brand that was founded in 2002 and is known for their quirky take on streetwear. They teamed up with Brazilian footwear brand Melissa— known for their signature jelly shoes—to create a modernized version of the chunky sandals of your childhood. The collaboration collection features five pairs, each with thick straps that hug the foot by the toes, around the ankles, and along the heels. They feature a translucent material decked out in cartoony flowers or hearts and bulky buckles. Each sandal also sports platform soles complete with a notched underside just like the shoes you begged your parents for back in the day. How could your inner '90s kid possibly these adorable pairs?

The Lazy Oaf x Melissa Collection is available on Lazy Oaf's website. They ship worldwide, but we're crossing our fingers that these cool shoes will be available in the Philippines someday!
