(SPOT.ph) A huge hunk of steak sounds great anytime, but a huge hunk of steak while you enjoy the fresh breeze that you can only get outdoors? Now that's something. If the thought of that gets your mouth watering (as it does for us) and you happen to live in the South, you're in luck: Wolfgang's Steakhouse has an ongoing pop-up in Alabang West Parade, where you can dine on their signatures in an al-fresco setting!

With hanging lights and a koi pond at the side, the Alabang pop-up is as chill as can be—but because it's Wolfgang's Steakhouse we're talking about, you can expect nothing less. Begin your meal with one of their starters, like the Wolfgang's Crab Cake (P818) or Mixed Green Salad (P378) while you sip on their well-crafted cocktails. From there you can jump to one of their small plates, like the Salpicao (P758) made with USDA Prime Tenderloin Steak and served with garlic rice; or their meaty sandwiches, like the Roast Beef Sandwich (P575) that comes very generous with USDA Prime Black Angus Beef Chuck Roast.

There's no skimping on the meat in the Roast Beef Sandwich.

The star of the show, of course, is their prime steaks, which employ dry-aged USDA prime beef; choices include the Porterhouse (P6,500/for two, P10,000/for three, P13,500/for four) the T-Bone Steak (P4,688/700 grams), and the Prime NY Sirloin Steak (P4,288/600 grams). 

Alternatively, you can go for one of their set menus. The Taste of New York (P2,750) gives you a classic steak dinner with 400 grams of USDA Prime Dry-Aged Sirloin Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, and New-York Style Cheesecake. If you must have your rice, go for the Taste of Manila (P2,750) with 400 grams of USDA Prime Dry-Aged Sirloin Steak, Steak Rice, and Key Lime Pie. And if you're really looking to treat yourself, you can try the Alabang Porterhouse Set (P11,888) with Sizzling Canadian Bacon, 1.5 kilograms USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse, Mashed Potatoes, Steak Rice, Creamed Spinach, New York-Style Cheesecake, and Pecan Pie.

You can always count on Wolfgang's Steakhouse to have a good handle on their beef.
